Coach Terms
The agreement between you and FastBowlingLab when you coach athletes through FastBowlingLab Coach or the coach area on the web.

1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Gobind Sharma, an individual developer trading as FastBowlingLab, of Misa, Nagaon, Assam, India (“we”, “us”). They apply whenever you apply to coach, or coach, through FastBowlingLab: in the FastBowlingLab Coach app or in the coach area on the web.
Your coach account is an ordinary FastBowlingLab account, so the general FastBowlingLab Terms of Use apply to it as well. Where the two differ on a coaching matter, these Coach Terms win. How we handle your data is in the Coach Privacy Policy.
By applying as a coach or using the coach area you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. Who can coach
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.
- Everything on your profile must be true and your own: your name, photo, experience and qualifications. Do not claim a qualification you do not hold.
- Verification documents you upload must be genuine and yours.
- You are responsible for holding any licence, registration, insurance or background check that the law where you coach requires.
3. Approval and your listing
- We review every application before a profile can be listed, and we may approve it, ask for changes or decline it. We tell you our decision and, where we can, the reason.
- Approval means we checked what you sent us at that time. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of your coaching or an employment relationship.
- Once approved, changes to your name, photo, specialties, experience or qualifications are reviewed again before they appear. Other changes, including prices, appear at once.
- You decide whether your profile is published and whether you take new enquiries.
- You give us a licence to store and display your profile, photo, offers and replies to reviews in the service, for as long as they are on your profile.
4. You are an independent coach
You coach on your own account. You are not our employee, agent or partner, and you decide how you coach, within these terms. The agreement for a session is between you and the athlete. FastBowlingLab provides the tools to find each other, talk, agree a time and share training data, and is not a party to that agreement.
5. Prices and payment
- You set your own prices. The price on your offers is the price an athlete sees when booking.
- Athletes pay you directly, outside FastBowlingLab. We do not collect, hold, process or guarantee those payments, and we cannot chase or refund them.
- We do not currently charge coaches a fee or take a commission. If that changes, we will tell you in advance and it will not apply to sessions already booked.
- Taxes on what you earn, and any invoices or receipts the law requires, are your responsibility.
- Payment details you add must belong to you, and must only be used to receive payment for your sessions.
6. Bookings and cancellations
- A booking is made when one side proposes a time in a conversation and the other accepts it. What is confirmed is the offer, price and cancellation terms shown at that moment.
- Your cancellation terms are your own, and you must honour what you published. Any refund under them is between you and the athlete.
- Turn up on time, at the meeting link or place you gave. If you cannot, cancel in the app as early as you can so the athlete is told.
- Mark a session complete only if it took place.
7. How you treat athletes
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, demean or discriminate against anyone, or send sexual or otherwise inappropriate content;
- send spam, advertising for other services, or messages the athlete has not asked for after they have blocked you or stopped replying;
- ask for payment for a session you do not intend to deliver, or for anything other than your sessions;
- ask an athlete for passwords, one-time codes or other sign-in details;
- impersonate anyone, or create more than one coach profile;
- attempt to get around a block, a suspension or our limits on enquiries and proposals.
8. Coaching young athletes
Fast bowling is played at every age, and some athletes on FastBowlingLab are under 18. Their accounts are run by a parent or guardian. If you coach an under-18 athlete:
- follow the safeguarding and child-protection rules that apply where you coach, including any background-check requirement;
- agree sessions with the parent or guardian who runs the account, and keep communication on the platform or with that adult;
- never ask a child to move to private messaging or to meet alone in a way their guardian has not agreed to.
If you are concerned about an athlete’s safety, contact the local authorities first, then us.
9. Athlete data shared with you
Athletes may share analyses and training logs with you. That data is theirs. You may use it only to coach that athlete, through FastBowlingLab.
- Do not download, copy, screenshot for distribution, sell or publish it, or show it to anyone else without the athlete's permission.
- Do not use it to market to the athlete, or combine it with other data about them.
- An athlete can switch off your access to their training log at any time. Respect that.
- If you no longer coach an athlete, stop using what they shared.
10. Your coaching is your responsibility
The advice, drills, routines and workloads you give are yours. Coach within your qualifications and experience, and take an athlete’s age, fitness and injury history into account. Coaching is not medical advice: refer an athlete to a qualified medical professional when they are in pain, injured or returning from injury.
Measurements and AI-written material from FastBowlingLab, including any text the optional writing assistant drafts for you, can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it or send it, because what you send is yours.
11. Reviews
- Only an athlete whose session with you is marked complete can review it, once per session.
- You may post one public reply to each review. Keep it factual and polite, and never include the athlete's personal details.
- Do not write reviews of yourself, ask for or pay for reviews, or pressure an athlete over one.
- We may hide a review or reply that breaks these terms. We do not edit reviews, and we do not remove a genuine review because it is critical.
12. Suspension and removal
We may hide your listing, suspend your coach account or close it if you break these terms, if your information turns out to be false, if athletes report serious problems, or if the law requires it. While you are suspended you can still see your bookings and cancel them, but you cannot message athletes or open what they shared. We will tell you why where we are able to, and you can reply to us at the address below.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop coaching at any time: unpublish your profile, pause enquiries, or delete your account from Settings. Deleting your account cancels your upcoming confirmed bookings and tells the athletes. The Coach Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what athletes keep.
14. Liability
FastBowlingLab is not responsible for sessions, payments, cancellations or refunds between you and an athlete, or for the advice you give. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost income. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
You are responsible for claims that arise from your coaching, from your breach of these terms, or from your misuse of athlete data, to the extent the law allows.
15. Changes
We may change the coach area and update these terms. If we make a material change we will give reasonable notice, in the app or by email, before it takes effect. Continuing to coach after that means you accept the new terms.
16. Contact, law and disputes
Questions, reports and legal notices go to support@fastbowlinglab.com, or by post to Gobind Sharma, Misa, Nagaon, Assam, India.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer right that requires a different forum, the courts at Nagaon, Assam have jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we have a fair chance to resolve the problem.
