Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Gobind Sharma, an individual developer trading as FastBowlingLab, of Misa, Nagaon, Assam, India (“we”, “us”). They apply whenever you use our website, our mobile apps, or any action analysis or training plan we produce for you.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

FastBowlingLab analyses video of a fast-bowling delivery and returns tracked overlays, key moments and measurements. An Analysis also generates AI-written coaching findings and a training plan; a Pose-only Analysis generates that written material only if you later unlock the full report. You upload one or more clips of a single delivery, and our system detects body landmarks and derives biomechanical measurements from them.

The analysis is automated. It depends on the quality, angle and framing of the footage you provide, and it can decline footage it cannot measure.

• You must give accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Workspaces can have several members. A member with billing permission can change the workspace's plan, which affects everyone in it.
• The service can be used to coach a bowler of any age, but an account for anyone under 18 must be created and controlled by their parent or lawful guardian. That adult accepts these terms and consents to the child's footage and account data being processed.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is permanent. It removes data owned by your sole-member workspace; content contributed to a workspace shared with other members remains there without attribution to your deleted account, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

The video you upload stays yours. To run the service we need permission to store it, process it, and derive measurements and analyses from it, so you grant us a licence to do exactly that, and nothing more. That licence lasts while the content remains in its workspace and ends when that content or its workspace is deleted.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. If someone else appears in your footage, you are responsible for having their permission, and, where the person is a child, their guardian’s.

Some features require a paid plan. What you get on each plan is described on our pricing page and in the app, and can change as the product changes; we will not reduce what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for.

Where you bought it decides how you manage it.

• In the mobile app: your subscription is sold and billed by Apple or Google through your store account. It renews automatically at the price shown at purchase until you cancel, and cancellation is done in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We cannot cancel or change it for you. Refunds follow the process below. Deleting your FastBowlingLab account does not cancel a store subscription.
• On the web: your subscription is billed by our payment provider and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel or change payment details from the billing page in the app.

Refunds follow the rules of the place where you bought the item. Apple handles App Store refund requests. For Google Play purchases, you can request a refund from Google and we may also issue an eligible full or partial refund through Play Console. For web purchases, contact us and we will handle the request under applicable Indian consumer law. None of this limits a refund or cancellation right that the law gives you.

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to upload, or that is unlawful;
• upload footage of a person who has not agreed to be analysed;
• attempt to access another workspace's data, or to circumvent plan limits;
• reverse engineer, scrape or resell the service or the analyses it produces;
• use the service in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why where we are able to.

This section matters more than any other on this page. FastBowlingLab is a coaching tool, not a clinician. Analyses, measurements and training plans are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for you.

• Nothing we produce is medical, physiotherapeutic or diagnostic advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional.
• Fast bowling carries a real risk of injury, including serious injury. Changing your action, workload or technique changes that risk.
• Consult a qualified coach and, where relevant, a medical professional before acting on anything we suggest, especially if you are in pain, returning from injury, or still growing.
• Stop and seek advice if any drill or workload causes pain.

You take on the risk of what you choose to do with our output.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make a material change we will give reasonable notice (through the app or by email) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profit, or for injury arising from how you choose to act on our coaching output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Where liability can be limited, ours is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can end this agreement if you break these terms materially, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid us for directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any consumer right that requires a different forum, the courts at Nagaon, Assam have jurisdiction. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we have a fair chance to resolve the complaint.
