Something not working, a question about your plan, or a report that looks wrong? Here is how to reach a human, and the quickest fix for the things people ask about most.
1. Talk to us
One address, read by the people who build FastBowlingLab. There is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.
- Email — support@fastbowlinglab.com. The fastest route for anything to do with your account, a failed analysis, or billing.
- Instagram — @fastbowling.lab.hi. Good for a quick question; please do not send account details there.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. If you are writing about a specific analysis, sending the date you uploaded it helps us find it far faster than a description does.
2. A report or an analysis looks wrong
FastBowlingLab measures your action from video using automated pose estimation, and the written report and training plan are generated by an AI model from those measurements. Both can be wrong — a bad camera angle, a clip that cuts off the delivery stride, or a model that simply produces a poor answer.
- Fastest: use “Report this content” in the app. It sits under the action report, under the 4-week plan, and under each of Pacey’s replies. Pick a reason, add a note if you want, and send — you never leave the app, and it reaches our team directly.
- Or email support@fastbowlinglab.com and tell us which analysis it was and what looks wrong. Quoting the sentence that is off is worth more to us than a long description.
- If the report failed outright rather than reading badly, the app offers a retry on the report panel itself. Retrying a failed report never costs you an analysis or a credit.
We read every one of these, and they are what we use to improve the model’s output and our filtering. Tell us if anything the app generates is offensive, unsafe or plainly untrue — that is exactly the report we most want to receive.
3. Plans, payment and cancelling
Where you bought it decides where you manage it.
- Bought in the mobile app — your subscription is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel or change it in your App Store subscription settings or in Google Play › Subscriptions. We cannot cancel or refund it for you; only the store account holder can, and refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s policy.
- Bought on the web — open billing in the app to change your plan, update your card or cancel.
- Restoring a purchase — if you have paid but the app has not unlocked, open Settings in the mobile app and choose Restore purchases. That re-reads your store account and is the right fix after reinstalling or moving to a new device.
Prepaid credits do not expire. What each plan includes is listed on our pricing section and in the app before you buy.
4. Getting a good clip
Most disappointing analyses come down to the footage rather than the app. Before writing to us, it is worth a second attempt with:
- the whole delivery stride in frame — the bound, the front-foot landing and the follow-through, not just the arm;
- the bowler filling a decent share of the frame, filmed from side-on where you can;
- a steady camera, and your phone's slow-motion mode if it has one;
- one delivery per analysis — extra angles of the SAME ball help, a different ball does not.
5. Privacy, your data and your account
- Privacy Policy — what we collect, who processes it, and how long we keep it.
- Terms of Use — including the limits of automated coaching analysis.
- Delete your account — how to erase your account and everything in it, permanently.
- To access, correct or export your data, email support@fastbowlinglab.com. We will never charge you for exercising a privacy right.
6. A word on health
FastBowlingLab is a coaching tool, not a clinician. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. If you are in pain, returning from injury, or still growing, talk to a qualified coach and a healthcare professional before changing your action or your workload — and stop if a drill hurts.
