Find a fast-bowling coach FastBowlingLab has reviewed, message them before you commit, share an analysis if you choose to, and book a live one-to-one session.
Coaching is launching in India, with invited coaches.
What it is
An analysis tells you what your action is doing. Sometimes the next step is a person. Coaching in FastBowlingLab is a directory of reviewed coaches you can message, share an analysis with, and book for a live one-to-one session. You do not need an analysis to use it.
How it works
Browse reviewed coaches
Every coach applied and was approved by our team. Filter by specialty, language, location, price and rating.
Message before you commit
Ask a coach anything first. You start the conversation: a coach cannot message you first.
Share an analysis, if you want to
You choose which analysis a coach sees. Messaging on its own shares nothing.
Agree a time
Pick one of the coach's open times, or accept one they propose. Times are shown in your own time zone.
Pay the coach directly
The confirmed booking shows the coach's own payment instructions. FastBowlingLab is not part of the payment.
Join the session
You get reminders and a link to join. You can cancel or ask for a new time.
Leave a review
After a completed session, rate it from one to five stars and write a review if you like.
How coaches are reviewed
Coaches apply with evidence
A coach submits their experience, qualifications and specialties with evidence for them. The evidence stays private.
Our team reviews it
A coach is listed only after FastBowlingLab approves the application. Later edits to credentials stay unpublished until they are reviewed again.
Ratings come only from athletes who completed a session with that coach. A coach nobody has reviewed yet shows “No reviews yet”, never a placeholder score.
Two kinds of session
Sessions are live and one-to-one, on the coach’s own meeting link. Every coach offers the same two formats and sets their own price, shown on their profile.
30-minute consultation
Live and one-to-one, at the price that coach has set.
60-minute session
Live and one-to-one, at the price that coach has set.
Group sessions and recorded reviews are not part of this launch.
Payment goes straight to the coach
You pay the coach directly, outside FastBowlingLab, using the instructions shown on your confirmed booking. Cancellation terms are the coach’s own.
Sharing an analysis is your choice
- You choose one analysis to share with one coach. Nothing is preselected.
- A coach sees only what you shared with them, alongside your stated goal.
- Sharing cannot be undone. The coach’s access ends when you delete that analysis or your account, or when we suspend or remove the coach.
If something goes wrong
“Report a problem” is on every coach profile, in every conversation and on every booking. It reaches the FastBowlingLab team by:

We review reports and can suspend a coach. We cannot refund money you paid directly to a coach. You can also block a coach at any time.
What coaching here is not
- Not a medical diagnosis, and not a substitute for a healthcare professional.
- Not a prediction of injury.
- Not a certification that a bowling action is legal.
- Not a promise that you will improve, or by how much.
If you are in pain or returning from injury, see a qualified healthcare professional before changing your action or your workload.
Who can use it today
- Adults. Bookings by or for minors are not available until guardian controls exist.
- India first. The launch is in India, with invited coaches.
- In three languages. English, Hindi and Hinglish, and you can filter coaches by the languages they work in.
Questions
Do I need an analysis before I can contact a coach?
No. You can browse coaches and start a conversation without one. If you do have an analysis, you can choose to share it with the coach you are talking to.
Can FastBowlingLab refund a session?
No. The money goes straight from you to the coach, so we never hold it and cannot refund it. Each coach sets their own cancellation terms. If something has gone wrong, report it to us: we review reports and can suspend a coach.
Can a coach contact me first?
No. A conversation only exists once you start it. You can also block a coach at any point.
Is there a limit on how many coaches I can message?
Yes. You can open a limited number of new conversations in a given period. Conversations you already have are not affected.
