The problem we are working on
A fast bowler can film every nets session but still struggle to turn the footage into a repeatable observation. Slow-motion video is useful; knowing which instant to compare, which angle is trustworthy and what changed between two sessions is the harder part.
FastBowlingLab is being built to make that review loop accessible from a phone: upload a delivery, locate key events, return annotated footage, explain the measurable patterns and give the athlete a focused plan to discuss with a coach.
Principles we will not trade away
- Say when the footage is not good enough instead of inventing a precise answer.
- Keep a coaching observation separate from a medical or legality verdict.
- Show the athlete the frames and measurements behind the written explanation.
- Preserve the original delivery timing in exported analysis video.
- Make it possible to delete uploaded footage and the account that owns it.
Who it is for
The product is for fast bowlers who want a structured second look at their action and for coaches who want a consistent visual artefact to discuss with an athlete. It is not a replacement for an in-person coach, a physiotherapist or an accredited biomechanics lab.
